The olives that become OUISHKA ripen under the Mediterranean sun. The Chemlali variety is deeply rooted in Tunisia's olive-growing culture.
They are harvested by hand using the traditional Berber method and gently cold-extracted on the same day – preserving the authentic flavour and the natural qualities of this extra virgin olive oil.
